Preparing for Our MBA Program

For those students getting a minor and considering entering the MBA program at NMSU, the following courses are strongly recommended. Taking these courses for the undergraduate Business Administration minor can better prepare you for the MBA Program:

  • ACCT 252
  • ECON 251
  • STAT 251 or E ST 251 or E ST 311G
  • FIN 306 or FIN 341
  • MGT 309
  • BUSA 365. Prerequisites for BUSA 365 are ACCT 251 and 252, ECON 251 and 252, and BUSA 111.
