Financial Assistance

NMSU

Get tuition, fees, tax credit information, etc., for the Las Cruces campus at NMSU’s University Accounts Receivable webpage. Information on student loans, work-study, and other types of financial assistance is available from the University’s Financial Aid Office.

A nonresident may qualify for resident status after 1 year. Graduate assistants automatically qualify for resident tuition for their first year of study, but must establish residency to avoid out-of-state tuition thereafter.

College of Business

Financial assistance is available for graduate students in the Experimental Statistics Master’s program primarily in the form of teaching assistantships. These assistantships provide valuable classroom teaching experience to augment the consulting experience of the program. Every effort is made to grant financial support to those who seek it; however, because assistantships are limited in number, not all requests for financial assistance can be met.
