Human Resources Management

For those who wish to help others; managers who are responsible for selecting, training, evaluating and compensating employees; and/or those who will provide organizations with opportunities and activities to increase profits/services and maximize employee potential. Managerial Leadership

Maximize personnel performance and productivity. A broadly focused option allowing many choices and flexibility for students pursuing professional interests and specialized competencies. See the Degree Plan/Sample Schedule.

Fall 2009. Invited by Roy L. Fitzgerald (Sandia National Laboratories-Albuquerque, Sr. Manager-Logistics Operations and a College of Business alum) students from the Management Department's quality and supply chain management courses visit Sandia National Labs. A lead segment on 60 Minutes had a number of references to what the SNL is doing on cyber security and the protection of our nation's critical infrastructures.
