Goals for Success: Efficiency and Effectiveness

The Efficiency and Effectiveness Committee and its Steering Group will serve as standing advisory bodies to the President, with the charge to identify and evaluate high-level ideas to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the university. Using the principles of continuous quality improvement, the committee will consider ideas ranging from administrative to academic areas of operations, including both cost containment and revenue enhancement options, and encompass all functions within the university, regardless of funding source.
