Reconstruction: COLLEGE PROCESS MANUAL Updated: Nov. 20, 2009

Introduction

The intent of this process manual is to provide information on how the college pursues continuous improvement. In this light, it can serve as a guide. It is NOT intended to serve as a group of rules and regulations that are necessarily permanent and unchangeable.

Each process has a review cycle and most of the cycles are annual. If the situation warrants a change, then a change will be addressed.

Some of the processes may simply reflect the college’s posture or state a policy.

The term “process” is used to cover all variations.

Notes concerning possible future reviews and/or actions were compiled prior to the Fall 2009 overhaul of the online manual. As a result, some processes may have a note proposing a future recommended action. For example: NOTE: Needs review.
