What is Request Tracker?
Request Tracker is the system for service requests in the College of Business. The system provides two interfaces, email and web access. To create a service request in either case you need an account.
If you do not have an account on the Request Tracker system email the Techs.
Email is the easiest access. Even if you do not remember your password you can email a request and a ticket will be autocreated. The subject of the email should be a brief description, the body of the email should be a more detailed description. You can attach screen shots or other files if needed.
DO NOT SEND PASSWORDS or other sensitive information! The trouble tickets are viewable by all people with accounts.
