About Donald Garland

Dr. Garland received his J.D. from University of New Mexico in 1975 and his LL.M. from Southern Methodist University in 1976. He joined the faculty at NMSU in 1989.

Dr. Garland teaches business law courses for accounting students and specializes in Uniform Commercial Code issues.
