Student Profiles
Erika Glaser: Experience
I had a great experience as a graduate student in the Experimental Statistics Department at NMSU. The coursework was challenging however, the faculty was always very helpful and encouraging. After expressing an interest in working with education data, faculty members in the department gave me an opportunity to gain experience by conducting education research for the College of Education and the College of Engineering while completing my coursework at NMSU. The research experience and coursework helped me during my job search and to gain the necessary skills I use everday.

Iola Gwizdowski : Experience
My experiences in the psychology department led me to pursue experimental statistics. This is a really great program. I especially like the applied aspects of the department. The faculty and courses are great at making the information relevant to real life. Besides being great teachers, the faculty are great people! They're always willing to spend time with you and discuss whatever you want. In general, I really enjoy being a part of this department!
