NMSU Regents finalize Carruthers contract, approve budget

At a regular meeting May 10, the New Mexico State University Board of Regents approved a contract with Garrey Carruthers who will serve as the 27th president of the university.
Carruthers will take the helm June 1 at a salary of $385,000. Carruthers also will not receive a raise during the five-year contract and there is no bonus payment More »
