The formation of a new scholarship is under way at New Mexico State University. A gift totaling $53,000 from the Center for Public Utilities will “kick-start” an Endowed Graduate Scholarship at NMSU’s College of Business. The scholarship will assist students pursuing a master of arts in economics.
