What you will need for the final Report

1. Some of the MIRROR EFFECT, STORY CHART, and HIDDEN COST ANALYSES may need to be put in separate submission (to instructor only) if it is too volatile for client to assimilate.
2. You will need your mid-term sections and the following NEW sections to the report:

• Cover Page - with colorful design/logo your name, date and term, my name and name, NMSU, Small Business Institute, course #
• Table of Contents with page numbers (and #'s on pages)
• Executive Summary - Cover SEAM Analyses findings and your implementation items and recommendation summary. Explain the three phases I (diagnosis), II (Mirror Effect event) & III (experiment).
• Press Release (2-3 pages summarizing your report, who you are and who they are and what you did and how it benefited you both). Must actually be submitted for publication to the press 2 weeks prior to last day of class. Must show to whom it was sent.
• Your recommendations for an EXPERIMENT to be done during 2^nd half of term (Document here and in appendices). During 2^nd half of term you carry out the experiment and report the result at end of term.
• Documentation and summary of what it is that you did beyond the analysis requirements for this client to implement the Four Leaf Clover of SEAM (e.g. if you built web page, show your work, if inventory model, show it, etc. How did this push along the 3 SEAMS of IMPLEMENTATION? ) PRESS HERE FOR 3 SEAM CHART.
• IN APPENDICES
• Thank you letter
• COMPLETED Evaluation Forms (in sealed/signed envelop)
• Client Application
• Confidentiality Agreement
• Documentation of your Implementation Work.
• 2 Bound report copies with no typos (one to Boje/other to client).

What you can do for extra credit if your mid-term was not score you wanted:

1. You can complete a story chart if you have not done so already
2. You can complete a Hidden Cost Analysis for extra credit.
3. You can contribute a copy of your charts for the web (after making the analysis of who you studied anonymous).
4. Would also like permission for you and client to put a full report on web to be a role model for next term's class.
5. Implement improvements to Small Business Consulting Web page
6. Implement anything that would improve the education of next term
7. Implement anything that would improve my pedagogy quality of work life.
8. Some other innovation of your choice that you design and implement.
