What is Structure? What are the Rules of the Road; What is the meaning of life to a biker?

10 Questions (4 you answer): during the term you will write comprehensive answers to 4 questions and post to Web CT; 4 other times you write a brief constructive response to a BUDDY in the class (i.e. show another view, suggest other course reading to apply, share personal story); and 2 times your team together writes an advisory assessment grade on the answers and responses to a session (in a confidential score sheet due night of the class); NOTE: Boje makes final grade and can elect to revise score up or down.

We have tight structure - Each week you will either answer, respond to, or rate answers/responses. We have semi-structure for knowing what is a good answer, and in life you will get paid more to manage and organize the unstructured which is content you elect to Stretch into (i.e. Chaos, and Postmodern complexity or stay in the Safe zone with Bureaucracy and Quests to move beyond the old iron cage, say to a Network Organization, or what we call the Flight of the Buffalo out of its iron cage.
