GRADING AND RATING

No Tests, No Quizzes, No Final exam. Scoring is in five parts:

• 20% grade is individual attendance (3 page paper each miss, late or leave early)

• 20% for active participation while attending class or in bonus points on extra well done questions or responses to Web CT question work

• 20% is working as a team to lead an hour of class time and as team review WebCT responses and answers your questions (see schedule)

• 20% is a term project (business consulting or service learning, that can be done as individual or your regular team, your choice)

• 20% is 4 individual answers  & 4 individual responses to questions listed for Web CT answering - scored as follows:

RATING SCALE FOR QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES:

A= High Quality answer with Critical Thinking levels improving during term

B=Good (ties in books e.g. S&F)

C=Does minimum required (shares good story)

D= Missing parts of answer

F = Not done (or made up) on time
