   My bet is that we are going to link SOCIAL back to ECONOMIC, in what is called the SOCIO-ECONOMIC APPROACH TO MANAGEMENT (SEAM). SEAM is the foundation of this course.  My approach to show how SEAM relates to MANAGEMENT and how the Socio-Economic is quite THEATRICAL

   1. What is SEAM? It is a methodology you shall learn to diagnose and intervene in the hidden costs and untapped revenues of your organization. 
   2. "Organization is Theatre!" says Henri Savall, the founder of SEAM method. 
   3. Management and organization theory is obsessed with faddish idess, but SEAM is a 25 year proven methodology working in 1,000 firms worldwide click here for fads list.
