Lt. Gov. Diane Denish and 3rd Judicial District Attorney Susana Martinez will speak during the 2010 Domenici Public Policy Conference Sept. 1-2 at New Mexico State University’s Corbett Center.
The two, both candidates for New Mexico governor, will separately present the major policy initiatives they would advance in office during the second morning of the conference. Following their presentations, Denish and Martinez will take questions from university student panelists.
Fox News contributor Karl Rove, political analyst and commentator Joe Lockhart, ABC News contributor Sam Donaldson, Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, former Sen. Sam Nunn and other speakers will also address this year’s conference. They will cover topics including financial reform, national security and analysis of the 2010 election.
The Domenici Public Policy Conference is hosted by NMSU’s Domenici Institute. Named for New Mexico’s longest-serving senator, the institute brings together some of the best minds in the country to focus on significant national issues.
