In particular, Confucian ‘Wu Yu’—morality/virtue, wisdom/intellectual, physical ability/sportsmanship, collectivism/cooperation, and aesthetics/elegance—influences the managerial philosophy and practices of East Asian CEOs with international professional and/or academic experience.
