"I came to this country on December 29, 1982, to pursue a Ph.D. and an academic career in finance. Before coming to NMSU, I taught at the University of Houston, the University of Miami, and the University of Alaska-Fairbanks. My research and teaching interests include option pricing, capital structure, CEO compensation, corporate governance, and information and markets. I enjoy the process of discovery and dissemination of knowledge. (There are moments though!!)
