Bio: Jeritory is a second-year doctoral student in Management at New Mexico State University. His
research focus is Upper Echelon in Strategic Management. He enjoys communicating with
people rather stay himself. Jeritory loves music, he used to play violin and piano. During his free
time, he usually spends lots of time in cooking with his own secret recipe.

Kevin Dhanapal

Bio: Kevin is a second-year Ph.D. student in the Department of Management at the College of
Business, New Mexico State University. He is a Project Management Professional certified by
the Project Management Institute, Chicago, USA. In addition to pursuing his Ph.D., he is a
member of the Teaching Academy at NMSU. He served as a reviewer for the Academy of
Management – Annual Conference for two years. His research interests include the impact of
digital transformation on industrial sustainability and the impact of supply chain disruptions on
public policy formulations of various countries around the globe. In addition to research, Kevin
also teaches MGMT 309 – Human Behavior in Organizations and will be teaching MGMT 344
– Operations Management in future semesters.
Kevin has accomplished career success as a Project Manager at multiple organizations in three
different countries. Kevin is also the recipient of the ‘Outstanding Graduate Student Award’
at the University of Oklahoma during his MS education

Omar Farooq

Research interests: Supply Chain Policy, Supply Chain Efficiency, Global Sourcing, Reshoring

Bio: Omar Farooq initiated his Ph.D. program in Operations Management in Fall 2022. His
primary research focuses on the intersection of public policy and operations management.
Omar has multiple years of experience in the financial services industry in Canada and has
worked at TD Canada Trust and the Royal Bank of Canada. He is affiliated with the Center of
Supply Chain Entrepreneurship at New Mexico State University. He collaborates with several
government and industry partners in New Mexico, including Spaceport America. He received
the Julie A Dill Graduate Fellowship in Spring 2023.

Bio: As a second-year Ph.D. student in the Department of Management at New Mexico State
University, I am passionately dedicated to merging the worlds of academia and practical
experience to advance the understanding of supply chain activities within the manufacturing
community. In my academic journey, I delve into the intricacies of Supply chain management with
a keen eye for innovation and improvement. As an introvert, my strength lies in thoughtful analysis
and a commitment to thorough research. I believe in the power of optimism to drive progress, and
this perspective fuels my exploration of new ideas and methodologies. Beyond the academic realm,
I find solace in the world of music and the joy of exploring diverse cuisines. Being a quick learner
allows me to adapt swiftly to evolving challenges and stay at the forefront of my field; my mission
is clear — to bridge the gap between theory and practice, leveraging my experiences to enhance
the understanding of supply chain dynamics. Through my research and collaborative efforts, I
aspire to drive positive change and innovation in the manufacturing community and the academic
world.
