The NMSU PGA Golf Management Program operates a state-of-the-art golf instruction studio, which features industry-leading instruction software, TrackMan, BodiTrak, K-Vest, and more. The lab is open to all students to use for player development as well as instructor development.
Group and individual player development sessions are conducted at various golf courses as well as in the Trackman Teaching Studio. Player Development sessions are available to all students enrolled in the program with the sole purpose of helping them improve their playing ability.
Instructor development sessions are conducted throughout the academic year and include PGA Work Experience Activities for taking, conducting, and observing golf lessons, assisting with PGA Jr. League, and conducting golf classes at local elementary schools and community partners.
