I got my PhD degree in management from New Mexico State University in Summer 2023. My research is in organizational behavior and human resource management. Before I started my PhD program in NMSU, I got a master degree in statistics and a master degree in public administration from University of Vermont. For my undergrad, I have BA degree in sociology from Central China Normal University
